Senior Practitioner - Early Education

Our teams are well known for championing creative and innovative solutions to support all children and families to reach their full potential. In Doomadgee we are looking for a Practitioner to support our dedicated Early Childhood programs team to maximise their impact on the lives of children and families. In this varied and challenging role, you’ll develop and implement programs, foster lasting links with the community, develop the capacity of local workers and encourage active engagement with our services.

Where you come in:

In this full time, maximum term role (through to end of December 2024), you’ll lead a local team to deliver our Early Childhood Education programs across Doomadgee. This will include our School Transition, Pay2Learn, Holiday and afterschool programs, working in the 0–8-year-old space. Reporting to our Mornington Island Team Leader, you’ll ideally be based in Doomadgee though a FIFO arrangement will be considered for this role.
