DRIVER (SANTO)

Where you come in:

In this role, you will assist in supporting the organization's mission by providing transportation for staff, assisting with administrative and logistical tasks, maintaining vehicles, and working with the Administrative Support Services Assistant to manage office maintenance.

You will make an impact by:

Providing essential support services such as safe staff transportation, vehicle maintenance, logistical coordination, mail collection, and general office assistance to ensure smooth daily operations. Contributing to a safe and organized work environment by supporting health, safety, and risk management protocols, assisting with office maintenance, and upholding workplace cleanliness and order. Protecting children and promoting their well-being by strictly adhering to child safeguarding policies, acting responsibly and ethically in all interactions, and reporting any concerns appropriately.

Health, Safety & Child Safeguarding

Follow safety guidelines and report risks or incidents. Promote a child-safe environment and uphold safeguarding policies. Act in children’s best interests and maintain professional boundaries. Report any concerns regarding child safety through proper channels.

This role requires:

Proven experience in driving (including remote/off-road), vehicle maintenance, and customer service. Strong communication, coordination, time management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to changing needs, and maintain attention to detail. Familiarity with Santo locations Holds a current driver’s license.
