Where you come in:

In this role, you will assist in supporting the organization's mission by providing transportation for staff, assisting with administrative and logistical tasks, maintaining vehicles, and working with the Administrative Support Services Assistant to manage office maintenance.

You will make an impact by:

Health, Safety & Child Safeguarding

· Follow safety guidelines and report risks or incidents.

· Promote a child-safe environment and uphold safeguarding policies.

· Act in children’s best interests and maintain professional boundaries.

· Report any concerns regarding child safety through proper channels.

This role requires:

· Proven experience in driving (including remote/off-road), vehicle maintenance, and customer service.

· Strong communication, coordination, time management, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to changing needs, and maintain attention to detail.

· Familiarity with Santo locations and basic computer skills (e.g., MS Excel).

· Holds a Year 10 School Certificate and a current driver’s license.
