A place to make a difference:
In this part-time (15 hours per week) until June 30th 2026, youโll work as a part of our Kununurra team in Bandicoot Drive to help us create lasting change for children everywhere. Youโll act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, provide administrative support for the teams, and will support the efficient and effective running of the office in a proactive and professional manner. Youโll work closely with the WA Administration team and other Save The Children staff members.
The days you work and hours each day can be negotiated, and you can work school hours if you wish. Preference is that you are available on.
You will make a difference by:
Providing high level administrative support to the Kununurra team Coordinating procurement support eg stationery and managing resources eg vehicles Organising contractors and quotes as required to meet office needs Providing friendly assistance to staff, community members and stakeholders, ensuring they are welcomed and supported Seeking improvement in operational processes of the departmentA place to feel valued:

This role requires:
Excellent customer service skills Highly developed verbal and written communication skills Strong time management and organisational skills High levels of attention to detail and quality Typing and computer literacy skills Ideally, experience in a reception or administrative roleA place to belong:
