Job Description

Your attention to detail, computer literacy, and great communication skills will ensure that our teams can continue working effectively to make the world a better place for children.

A place to make a difference:

In this part-time, maximum term position (15 hours per week*, until end of June 2026), youโ€™ll work as a part of our Kununurra team in Bandicoot Drive to help us create lasting change for children everywhere. Youโ€™ll act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, provide administrative support for the teams, and will support the efficient and effective running of the office in a proactive and professional manner. Youโ€™ll also work closely with the broader WA Administration team and other Save The Children staff members.

*The days you work and hours each day can be negotiated, and you can work school hours if you wish. Our only preference is that you are available from 9am to 12pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

You will make a difference by:

Providing high level administrative support to the Kununurra team

Coordinating procurement support eg stationery and managing resources eg vehicles

Organising contractors and quotes as required to meet office needs

Providing friendly assistance to staff, community members and stakeholders, ensuring they are welcomed and supported

Seeking improvement in operational processes of the department
