A place to make a difference:
In this full-time six-month maximum term position, based anywhere in Australia or the Pacific, you will support our Pacific programs to help us create lasting change for children everywhere. The Project and Award Coordinator playsโ an important role in delivering on our vision of a better world for children. Whether itโs coordinating reporting to donors, ensure compliance requirements are met, and or supporting Country Offices youโll be contributing to our commitment to children in Australia, the Pacific and around the world.
You will make a difference by:
ยท Ensuring the data in our Award Management System (AMS) is accurate and up to date
ยท Supporting teams to understand and comply with donor requirements
ยท Liaising effectively with Country Offices, the Support Services Team, and other key stakeholders
ยท Analysing and reporting on performance, including working with auditors as needed
ยท Monitoring and analysing project budgets and forecasts, and supporting budget development
ยท Supporting emergency responses and preparedness in the Pacific as required

This role requires:
ยท A proven track record of project and financial management of grant-funded programs
ยท Ability to identify and manage organisational and operational risks
ยท Highly developed organisational, time management, and communication skills
ยท Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural awareness
ยท High level of computer literacy, particularly Microsoft suite of programs and databases
ยท Experience working with AMS and/or in the international sector is desirable
