International Programs Senior Risk and Resilience Advisor

We’re looking for someone who wants to change the world! We have a massive ambition for children and we’re seeking a dynamic risk management leader to help us achieve our strategic goals in the Pacific and beyond. In this critical role, you’ll take the lead in strengthening risk management across our international operations by embedding risk management into decision making at all levels, enhancing our operational resilience and strengthening our incident response capability. We need you to understand the complexity of our work and proactively help us to manage the uncertainty which stands between us and our Vision for children.

Where you come in:

In this full-time, permanent position – ideally based in Melbourne, though other locations will be considered - you will work collaboratively across multiple teams based in Australia and overseas to ensure that our risk management, business continuity and incident response practices are fit for purpose. You will be part of our Group Operations and report to our Head of Enterprise Risk.
