HR Business Partner

The job provides exposure to a wide range of NIBโ€™s operations, including development initiatives in areas such as recruitment, professional training and development, and wellbeing initiatives. We are looking for an HR professional with a strong desire to engage in hands-on HR work in an international work environment. We seek a team member who is diligent, curious, and proactive, with a hands-on approach. You will work alongside ambitious and supportive colleagues, who appreciate initiative, knowledge acquisition, and knowledge sharing.

Your journey in NIB will consist of:

Providing HR advice and support for dedicated departments, both managers and staff, in all HR related matters. Aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and partnering with managers in leading the teams to reach their targets. Recruitments, onboarding and offboarding activities as well as providing support for our expatriate staff. Supporting the employee life cycle and our working culture. Driving and implementing HR processes and projects with focus on exploring new ways of working. Proactively identifying HR development needs. Leading professional development initiatives (e.g. trainings, seminars, and webinars). Preparing presentations and documents for internal communications. Preparing and drafting staff documents, HR guidelines, employment contracts etc. and supporting with other administrative tasks.

We are looking for someone with:

Has at least a bachelor level education in a relevant field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience. Is fluent in spoken and written English. Has drive and passion for people development and change management. Is energetic, has a proactive personality and contributes to the positive atmosphere in the team and among colleagues. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proactivity and accuracy. Has a high level of integrity and thrives in a multi-cultural environment. Advanced MS Office skills.
