The IT Unit is responsible for running NIBยดs business critical applications and supporting them with the help of our vendor network. We mainly work with Microsoft stack. The Unit is suitable in size, therefore everyone can make a difference and have an impact. The application support team is reporting directly to the CIO of NIB. As a Solutions Specialist you will report to the team lead, Head of Architecture & Application support.ย
You will be engaged mainly on supporting and developing activities related to our Credit process applications, which include the main Credit Origination workflow tool, but also different analytics tools around it. You are not left alone, since you will have knowledgeable colleagues, with different skillsets to help you succeed.ย
Your journey in NIB will consist of:
Responsibility to work as part of the implementation team of the new Credit Origination workflow solution and being the key IT side owner of the tool after the implementation, managing the changes, operational issues and developing the tool forward together with internal stakeholders Ensuring the systems to be secure, stable, and serving the Bankโs needs. Ensuring the vendors are functioning according to best practicess regarding development and maintenance of NIBโs systems. Following agreed operational principles within IT unit to provide standard service experience for our internal customers, the users. Giving your input to continuous improvement of our practicess.
