We are looking for a Business Continuity Specialist to join our Operational Risk & Security Control unit for a 12-months fixed term contract.ย
The Operational Risk & Security Control unit is part of the Risk & Compliance department. The unit is responsible for developing and maintaining NIB's framework for business continuity, operational risk and resilience. We work to improve the visibility of NIBโs non-financial risk profile and provide senior management with information needed to take decisions conscious of risks. Furthermore, the unit is mandated to improve the resilience and preparedness of NIB through various improvements. We provide guidance, oversight and advice to all NIBโs business units. We are on a development journey that offers demanding and intriguing tasks for candidates with diverse backgrounds and expertise.โฏโฏย
Your role will be to support this journey from a business continuity and resilience perspective, ensuring NIB is able to operate under all circumstances.โฏโฏโฏย

Your responsibilities in NIB will consist of:โฏโฏย
Lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of business continuity and security policies, frameworks, measures and procedures.โฏย Manage and execute control verification, testing and assurance activities across business continuity and security domains.โฏย Oversee the Bankโs crisis management model and coordinate operational response during disruptions and incidents.โฏย Drive the full lifecycle of business continuity management, including Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Business Continuity Planning (BCP), and Crisis Management Planning (CMP).โฏย Support departments in building continuity capabilities through tailored guidance, scenario-based testing and exercises.โฏย Coordinate communications and actions with external authorities, partners and service providers to ensure aligned response and compliance.โฏย Promote a culture of resilience through awareness campaigns and targeted training on business continuity and security.โฏย Maintain up-to-date professional knowledge of global threats, regulatory trends, and best practices in the field.โฏยWe are looking for someone who:โฏโฏย
