NIB’s Communications unit is seeking a (Senior) Communications Officer to join its international team in Helsinki. The position is full-time for a fixed term starting preferably before August 2025 and ending in August 2027.
NIB's communications unit promotes overall knowledge and awareness of NIB among different stakeholders.
The Senior Communications Officer is mainly responsible for external communication and outreach in the Baltic countries. The daily work tasks include preparation of press releases and loan disclosure materials, producing articles, videos, and other content to enhance NIB's visibility, fostering media and public relations as well as preparing NIB's management for stakeholder events. The role requires Baltic language skills, which are crucial for the Bank as it builds its presence and lending activities within the region. A Baltic stakeholder network, especially in the media field, is seen as an advantage.
