We need you to work closely with young people involved with the youth justice system to take the steps to become the best they can be, through practical support, case management and advocacy.

Where you come in:

In this part time, maximum term position based in Hervey Bay (22.8 hours per week, through to June 2024), you’ll work with young people aged 10-17 who are on bail and are at high risk of being remanded into custody. Reporting to the Team Leader, you’ll provide a range of emotional and practical supports as part of a case management approach.

You understand the issues facing young people and have creative, innovative ideas to provide support. This coupled with your dynamic personality and communication skills enable you to build connections to support young people to lead a bright future.
