Where you come in:
You will be based in Mount Isa, Normanton or in the lower Gulf communities. You will be a part of our Youth and Menโs Services team, working fulltime, reporting to the Regional Manager.
You will make an impact by:
Overseeing the day-to-day operational and administrative requirements of the Menโs Behaviour Change and Perpetrator Intervention Programs Travelling to all sites to support the delivery and evaluation of these programs Ensure contractual obligations are met via quality management, reporting, data collection and measuring deliverablesDoes this sound like you?
Demonstrated experience in working with men using violence; families experiencing family and domestic violence; and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and communities Degree in human services and/or significant equivalent experience Experience in rural and remote community work Ability and willingness to travel.Working at 54 reasons is more than just a job.
