Your Mission
Support our international programs team!
Partner directly with our Executive and senior leaders to translate ambitious strategies into people-powered solutions. You'll drive talent management, culture transformation, and organizational effectiveness initiatives that directly enable our teams to reach more children in need.
What youโll drive:
Strategic Impact: Turn business strategy into actionable people plans that amplify our reach and effectiveness Talent Excellence: Design succession planning, leadership development, mobilisation and retention strategies for our most critical roles Culture Transformation: Lead change initiatives that strengthen our mission-driven culture and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion Data-Driven Insights: Use people analytics to identify opportunities and measure the human impact of our organizational decisionsWhat You Bring
Proven HR Business Partner experience in complex, multi-location organizations Multi-country HR operations management experience Experience in international development / humanitarian context, including experience supporting complex multi-lateral programs Demonstrated understanding of development programming, donor requirements, and cross-cultural program implementation Strong business acumen with expertise in organizational psychology and change management Advanced coaching skills and passion for developing leadership capabilities Experience with people analytics and evidence-based decision making Deep understanding of Pacific cultures and local employment practices, especially for PNG, Vanuatu, Solomon Islands, and Tonga. Ideally the successful candidate will have in-country field experience in one or more of these locations.Why This Role Matters
