A place to make a difference:

In this full-time, permanent role, you’ll work as a part of our Commercial Finance team supporting the Climate Change Division (CCD) to help us create lasting change for children everywhere. The Management Accountant plays an important role in delivering on our vision of a better world for children. You will deliver a range of activities from standard management reporting to strategic financial analysis, you’ll be contributing to our commitment to children in Australia, the Pacific and around the world. This is a flexible, remote or hybrid role; ideally, you’ll be based in Melbourne, though other locations in Australia or internationally will be considered.

You will make a difference by:

· Providing excellent management accounting support, covering cost centre support, P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow

· Supporting the Annual Budget and monthly Forecast processes across each area of responsibility

· Providing program lifecycle financial support across the Climate Change Division programs

· Partnering with Program Managers to steer the financial performance of these programs

· Driving continuous development and improvement in financial processes

· Enhancing the financial literacy across key stakeholder groups

This role requires:

· Demonstrated, proven experience in a management accounting role with business partnering examples

· Exceptional customer service skills with highly developed stakeholder engagement and influencing skills

· Proven record implementing and embedding financial systems and processes in a complex finance structure

· A proven strategic thinker and innovator

· A curious mindset, constantly looking to develop themselves and others

· Highly technically competent across Microsoft systems.
