Generic responsibilities (max 10)
These responsibilities shall be the same for all positions with the same title. The responsibilities shall be short and essential. Details belong in theย Work- and Professional Development Plan.
- Clean the offices, meeting rooms, washrooms/WC, kitchen and other common areasย
- Tidy and dust equipment and furniture in the office
- Ensure compliance with NRC procedures and policies
- Ensure that washrooms are properly stocked with wash requirements
- Dust and polish furniture, windows, doors and equipment
- Empty waste paper baskets, dustbins and shredding machines
- Prepare and serve tea and coffee to NRC staff and visitors
- Report any relevant gaps, damages and breakages to line manager
- Support the administration with ad hoc dutiesย
- Performs any other duty given by his/her supervisor
Specific responsibilitiesย
These responsibilities shall be adapted to the particularities of the job location and context, phase of operation, strategic focus and type of programme intervention. This section shall be revised whenever a new employee is hired or the context changes significantly.ย
- Responsible for floor care, performing various surface tasks, including, mopping and sweeping, of all office areas.
- Responsible for removing trash in office areasย
- Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing of restrooms daily
- Responsible for cleaning of windows in the officeย
- Perform dusting, disinfecting, and polishing of surfaces and furniture as needed
