In this casual role, youโll work as a part of our Retail team in our new concept Butler store to help us create lasting change for children everywhere. The casual Retail Assistant Manager plays an important role in delivering on our vision of a better world for children. Whether itโs supporting the management of the daily operations of the Save the Children Australia Butler op shop or building a co-operate team of volunteers, youโll be contributing to our commitment to children in Australia, the Pacific and around the world.
You will make a difference by:
ยท Ensure store budgets are met by achieving targets.
ยท Provide and maintain high levels of customer service in line with Save the Children customer service standards.
ยท Develop, drive and support local and national marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
ยท Ensure Save the Children merchandise and information is readily available to customers.
ยท Manager customer complaints and feedback

ยท Experience working in a retail customer service environment
ยท Experience in managing a team in a retail environment
