Where you come in:

In this full-time permanent position, based in Carlton*, you will be the lead technical and functional support for our core applications and platforms, ensuring ongoing functionality and adoption within our teams. You will also provide application maintenance and support to minimise service disruption and to simplify operations. You will be part of our IT team and report to our Application Manager.

You will make an impact by:

Providing exceptional support on a portfolio of enterprise applications, by identifying, triaging, and resolving issues with applications and following agreed escalation procedures Performing in-depth analysis to establish root causes of incidents and problems. Effectively managing system performance and uptime, ensuring our users can access our systems anytime, anywhere. Actively maintaining knowledge on the supported applications, including newly released functionality Providing advice and support to the business on the best practice use of applications Actively managing and maintaining applications in the portfolio to ensure they are configured/updated appropriately. Developing, documenting, and implementing changes based on requests for change, following change control procedures. Conduct system testing for changes, such as upgrades, or new functionality. Help identifying areas for strategic change or improvement in applications portfolio. Working with application vendors to escalate issues, procure and coordinate changes, and maintain vendor relationship. Supporting end user training delivery to help the business leverage value from our systems.

This role requires:

Demonstrated experience in enterprise application support and service management in a level 2 or 3 capacity. Experience in any of the following enterprise applications will be highly regarded: Salesforce, Dynamics 365, O365, SharePoint and Financial Management System Demonstrated experience providing both technical and functional support to a wide range of stakeholders. Cloud experience ideally in Azure and automation or AWS (Amazon Web Services) Experience with service management tools and coordinate service requests as assigned from the Service Management process. Knowledge of/experience with project and change management as related to enterprise application installation, modification and decommissioning including requirements gathering. A strong ability to communicate effectively with both technical resources and end user community. Familiar with ITIL foundations and experience prioritising backlogs
