TACHES ET RESPONSABILITES
- Conduire les agents aux diffรฉrentes destinations prรฉvues
- Conduire selon les instructions reรงues de FHI 360
- Maintenir le vรฉhicule propre
- Assurer la sรฉcuritรฉ des passagers et de leurs biens
- Veiller ร l'entretien du vรฉhicule
- Assurer le suivi du calendrier d'entretien et le contrรดle de la qualitรฉ des services fournis par le garagiste
- Tenir ร jour le carnet de bord
- Assurer le suivi de l'expiration de l'assurance
- Indiquer toutes les sorties de vรฉhicules au niveau du tableau logistique
- Dรฉpรดt et rรฉception du courrier avec accusรฉ de rรฉception
- Autres tรขches demandรฉes par la hiรฉrarchie
QUALIFICATION ET EXPERIENCE
- รtre de nationalitรฉ Congolaise ;
- Diplรดme d'Etat souhaitable ou d'un brevet d'aptitude professionnelle ;
- 3 ans d'expรฉrience de conduite dans les organisations Internationales (Moniteur autoรฉcole, conducteur institutionnel, chauffeur de bus, etc.) ;
- รtre ponctuel
- รtre prรฉvoyant, respecter les consignes et dรฉlais
- Maรฎtrise de lโoutil informatique (Word, Excel) serait un atout
- Maรฎtrise en logistique ou gestion de stock (gestion et calcul de la consommation du carburant)
- Capacitรฉ ร travailler sous pression
- Avoir un permis de conduire en cours de validitรฉ
- Avoir de prรฉference une expรฉrience de travail avec les organisations internationales
- Dynamique, sรฉrieux et capable de travailler en รฉquipe
- Accorder une attention particuliรจre aux tรขches qui lui sont confiรฉes ;
- Solides compรฉtences interpersonnelles
- Capacitรฉ ร maintenir le vรฉhicule propre et prรฉsentable
- Bonnes capacitรฉs de communication et bonne maรฎtrise orale et รฉcrite du franรงais ; d'autres langues locales (lingala ou swahili) ;
- Connaissance de la langue anglaise serait un atout.
