Our country strategy, launched in July 2020, focuses on empowering girls and young women to be heard, live without fear of violence, and achieve their rights. Our significant achievements to date include gender-transformative actions, humanitarian response to the Rohingya crisis and natural disasters, climate and disaster resilience, building our evidence base, and effective advocacy from local to international levels, as well as evolving our partnership approach.
The Role
P&C team is responsible for the organisation's overall People & Culture Management work. A significant part of the team's work involves providing day to day support to programme colleagues. Working with P&C team, Youth Professional (YP) will gain practical experience required to deal within the workplace. It also serves as excellent training ground for developing the necessary โprofessional skillsโ, which are necessary for the career progression.
Areas of Growth

- Develop individual technical and soft skills through various upskilling training/courses and โLearning by doingโ method under the mentorship from the P&C BPs
- Gaining hands-on experience in managing key P&C activities
- Develop a good understanding on programmes
- Get practical experience and develop technical skills to work in an office environment

What weโre looking for
- Required: BBA major in P&C/ Hons. in Management or any other relevant subject
- Essential: Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
- Essential: Experienced user of basic computer programmes (Microsoft Office โ Excel, Word) as well as internet/search engines.
- Essential: Young, motivated, ability to take initiative, work under pressure situation without losing composure and ability to meet deadlines.
- Preferred: Experience of working in P&C department.
