- Role and responsibilities
The Information Management officer will act as the program national staff focal point for a single core competence team with in an area office. S/he will help coordinate data information management between the program and also between the implementing partners, and the information Management team at east and south offices in Libya, S/he will support the program coordinator/project manager, and implementing partners with data collection, storage and reporting. S/he will support the various data collection exercise undertaken by the program on a daily basis.ย

Specific Responsibilities: the following is a brief description of the role
Support the formulation of the M&E Matrix and plans to address indicator-reporting requirements. Provide technical guidance on the design of data capture processes.ย Supervise data capture processes to ensure they are implementation according to plans and agreed standards. Provide analysis of information and data to address indicator-reporting requirements.ย Maintain CC files, databases, and other archives documenting project progress. Provide training and support to NRC staff on data capture, analysis, and use. Maintain the CC specific portion of data capture, analysis, and warehousing platforms (e.g. KOBO and 0365) is well organized and accessible. Ensure compliance with NRC data policies. Liaise with other units on areas of common responsibility.Critical interfaces
