Generic responsibilities (max 10)ย

- Ensures compliance with NRC (global and national) policies and procedures, handbooks and guidelines and/or propose new initiatives to bridge gaps and implement these.
- Identify, analyse and evaluate key processes and gaps in the teamโs activities and make recommendations for improvement.ย
- Monitors the progress of the team activities and ensures they are implemented in accordance with quality, budget and donor guidelines and/or monitors the progress and the quality of the team outputย
- Supports assigned staff in their professional development, identifies training needs, supports staff to achieve the objectives defined in their learning development plans and/or provides advanced technical support and develops capacity building initiatives to enhance the technical knowledge and professional development of staff.
- Conduct and follow up daily operational logistic activitiesย
- Prepare and develop logistic reports as required by Country/Area office
- Support in development of SOPs as requested
- Ensure proper filing of all support documents
- Promote and share ideas for improvement of the logistic functionย
- ย Contribute to the implementation of Safe and Inclusive Programming Minimum Standards across area of responsibility.
Specific responsibilitiesย

Receive and verify all procurement requests, dispatch within the Logistic team as per purchase requested goods or services and agreed thresholds
Conduct procurement processes in line with applicable procedures and guidelines, prepare and file all procurement documentation in a compliant manner
Organize and administer tender committees, keep minutes and records of all selection stages
Support the drafting and regular update of the Procurement Plans, advise on potential framework agreement or grouped procurement
Ensure follow-up of all requests with the procurement team, and provide regular updates to program, finance and management teams
Register and keep track of all contracts and suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate update of the dedicated tracking tools
- Handling petty cash for local procurement.
- Establish and maintain good professional working relationships with suppliers, service providers and contractors whilst strictly adhering to NRC's anti-corruption guidelines and NRC's code of conduct.
- Perform other duties, as assigned by Line Manager
