NRC is looking for an Information, Counselling, and Legal Assistance (ICLA) Specialistย to join the Myanmar mission. The role holder will be responsible for theย technical development of the ICLA core competency, strategic direction, and quality assurance. He/she will also be accountable for the mentoring, training, and capacity building of ICLA staff.ย
