In collaboration with the Core Competencies (CC) responsible (PM and PC), propose combined weekly planning to the Area Manager (AM) Responsible for organizing PCM {Grant Opening Meeting (GOM), Grant Review Meeting (GRM) and Grant Closing Meeting (GCM)} Meetings for multiple and unique key competency projects at area level. Responsible for program implementation with high quality and cost-effectiveness ratio targeting beneficiaries most in need of protection - value for money Provide support to programme staffs during monthly budget monitoring and updates in GORS and provide a report to the AM Review project proposals and reports for the area before submitting them to the area manager Regular site visits for the implementation of projects Ensure that NRC resources are used in accordance with humanitarian principles in the area Ensure compliance with contractual commitments, while considering key lessons learnt from the implementation of projects in the area Contribute to capacity building of all programmes technical staff Promote innovation and learning at area level Contribute to the development of the area ofย โโintervention and the development of Core Competence (CC) strategies, initiate and participate in the relevant development of Key Competence projects Ensure the participation, the contribution of the Support Skills to the development and the implementation of the project Provide regular reports on project progress to Area Manager.Click this job descriptionย for more information on the role
Competencies
Minimum 4 years of experience from a management position ย level project implementation position in a humanitarian/recovery context Core competency expertise / Experience with response to emergency Knowledge and skills in market analysis, cash-based interventions, and market-based programmes Knowledge about own leadership skills/profile Fluency in English, both written and verbal requiredContext/ Specific skills, knowledge, and experience:

12 months fixed term contract We aim to attract internationally experienced candidates; starting basic monthly pay is NOK 57,744 ย dependent on level of experience. If a national candidate is selected, the national salary scale will apply.
