What You Will Do
Protection strategy development. Protection programme design and delivery. Protection project development and implementation. Protection monitoring and evaluation, case management, and needs assessments. Line management of project staff, mentoring and coaching, capacity building and transfer of skills, and provide technical advice. Represent NRC in external coordination forums, and liaise and collaborate with authorities and other key stakeholders.What You Will Bring

The portfolio of projects is currently larger than 15. Overall, the Programme Unit brings together a team of around 20 staff. Myitkyina, Kachin State, Myanmar duty station. 12 months contract duration, with the possibility of extension based on need and funding. 50% travel, approximately. Grade 8 in NRCโs Salary Scale.
