Position Title: Program Associate, Nursing Reports to: Senior Program Associate Location: Employees in this role can work from our Boston, MA office, remotely within the U.S. or hybrid of these two options. Travel: Up to 20% domestic & international travel Position Overview The Nursing Program Associate position is an integral member of U.S. Coordination Siteโ€™s Nursing team and will work within the Theory of Change (TOC) branch across Partners In Health (PIH). The role offers great exposure to the front-line activities, organizational strategy, and inner workings of a fast-paced global non-profit and several leading academic and medical institutions. The Program Associate, Nursing will provide administrative and programmatic support to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) and extended nursing team, and play an essential role in improving internal & external processes to support the growing portfolio of donor, grant, and partnership management specific to nursing. The Program Associate, Nursing will be responsible for managing and optimizing communication between various departments and external stakeholders, and coordination across various projects and priorities across care delivery and U.S. Coordination sites. Additionally, this role will provide strategic support, thought partnership, and calendar management to support the CNO. The Program Associate, Nursing will serve as the Nursing teamโ€™s hub connecting our programs between PIH both for an internal and external audience.
