The Global Green Growth Institute internship program provides a unique learning opportunity for students and recent graduates from diverse academic backgrounds. The program is designed for talented and motivated individuals skilled in areas relevant to GGGIโ€™s operations. The program allows selected candidates to gain insight into the work of the Institute and provides assistance and training in various professional fields in a multicultural environment. We encourage qualified women and men, in particular, nationals of developing countries, with diverse professional, academic, and cultural backgrounds to apply.

CURRENT OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a talented individual to work with us in the Energy Team to provide operational support to the budget unit, specifically in relation to carrying out day to day activities of the budget units.

The assignment will include the followings but not limited to:

  1. Stakeholder Engagement Support:
    1. Assist in developing and maintaining communication with key stakeholders, including donors, government agencies, private parties, and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals.
    2. Help prepare communication materials tailored for stakeholders, such as briefing notes, policy briefs, and reports where needed.
    3. Stakeholder Event Coordination:
      1. Assist in the planning and execution of stakeholder events such as workshops, trainings, and focus group discussions.
      2. Coordinate logistical aspects of stakeholder events, including preparing event invitations, managing attendance, documenting the event, and preparing event write-ups.
      3. Coordinate with the GGGI Communication team in promoting energy teamโ€™s events across communication channels, ensuring alignment with GGGI Branding and Visibility Guidelines..
      4. Internal Stakeholder Communications:
        1. Assist in the development of internal communication materials, ensuring that the project team and partners remain informed and aligned with stakeholder expectations.
        2. Support the preparation of internal briefs and meetings, such as the weekly meeting.
            1. Support the drafting and editing of key messages to be delivered during stakeholder meetings, presentations, and consultations.
