ย What you will do
ย
- Responsable de la gestiรณn de ICT en todas las oficinas, los sistemas de control y el cumplimiento de las polรญticas globales y regionales de ICT y de protecciรณn de datos, y sus desarrollos en SOPs nacionales.
- Responsable de establecer y gestionar tรฉcnicamente la infraestructura de ICT en lรญnea con las necesidades de las operaciones en Venezuela y los estรกndares globales de NRC.
- Identificar las necesidades y facilitar las capacitaciones en ICT y el desarrollo de capacidades tรฉcnicas para el personal de la NRC.
- Responsable de desarrollar informes periรณdicos de ICT para el CMG.
- Responsable del desarrollo de la estrategia para las ICT en el paรญs en estrecha colaboraciรณn con CMG, teniendo en cuenta el nivel de ambiciรณn y la necesidad futura.
- Responsable de planificar los servicios de ICT en el paรญs, incluido el presupuesto anual y las instrucciones presupuestarias para las ICT.

What you will bring
- Experiencia como Gerente o Coordinador de ICT en un contexto humanitario / de recuperaciรณn
- Grado informรกtico equivalente, formaciรณn como ingeniero de sistemas posgrados relacionados, conocimiento de programas de gestiรณn de redes, aprender nuevos sistemas, mantenimiento y desarrollo de aplicaciones
- Experiencia de trabajo en contextos complejos y volรกtiles.
- Resultados documentados relacionados con las responsabilidades del puesto.
- Conocimiento sobre las propias habilidades de liderazgo / perfil
- Fluidez en espaรฑol y al menos nivel medio de inglรฉs, tanto escrito como verbal.
- Conocimiento y experiencia en herramientas ICT como: entorno O365 y Microsoft Azure, servidor Microsoft Windows, Windows10, software antivirus: F-Secure, Service Desk Solutions, Backups y DRP, bases de datos MySQL y SQL, Salesforce, PaaS, SaaS, Networking: Dispositivos y plataforma de red Cisco Meraki, TCP / IP, LAN / WAN.
