The Admin Assistant/Receptionist supports daily administrative tasks at NRCโs Ramallah Office, including front desk management, petty cash handling, coordinating office supplies and services, and assisting with logistics and documentation. The role also oversees and maintains accurate staff attendance tracking, manages and updates health insurance records and related documentation, supports admin needs in other West Bank field offices, and ensures effective coordination with HR, Finance, and Logistics.
We are looking for someone who is motivated and eager to learn, has strong organisational and teamwork skills, and shows good cultural awareness and sensitivity.
