Have primary responsibility for the implementation of the ICLA project activities, in line with proposals, strategies, and donor requirements. Develop and follow up on detailed project work plans, procurement plans, spending plans, and monitoring and evaluation plans. Train and coach, the project team on the technical aspects of the project. Support teams in the identification, documentation, and reporting of concerns, and trends of the thematic areas of the ICLA project. Coordinate with local authorities and represent ICLA in thematic/relevant coordination meetings at the local level. Manage project budget and liaise with support teams as necessary. Supervise the ICLA TL, ICLA Officers and Technical Assistants. Conduct regular field visits and provide progress reports to Project Manager and Area Manager; and Carry out any other duties as delegated by the Project/Area Manager.Competenciesย
