Purpose of the role
The purpose of the Human Resources and Administration Coordinator position is to oversee the day-to-day implementation of the Human Resources and Administration related responsibilities in the Area Office. The position holder will be implementing various matters related to talent acquisition, performance management, duty of care, employee relations, learning and development, administration, and staff and management support. The duties will also encompass proper implementation and reinforcement of NRC Terms of Employment and Code of Conduct, NRC HRMS (People), and continuous coordination with the Country Office HR and Administration staff.
What you will do
Implement NRCโs systems and procedures across area office level. Ensure adherence to NRC policies, handbooks, guidelines, and donor requirementsย and national labor law in all processes and procedures. Prepare and submit HR analytics reports to inform management decision and direction for the area office Ensure proper filing of all HR and Administration support document Support line managers in procedures and required support team trainings Line manage and build capacity for the HR and Administration staff Advice in personnel conflicts/processes, lead the implementation of the the area office Duty of Care standards and activities according to Plan of Action and as required. Coordinate staff recruitment and exits, introductions, training, staff benefits schemes etc. Ensure that staff records in all offices under area office are up to date, filed appropriately (both manually and electronically and indexed) in accordance with SSDI. Conduct field visits to all area office related sub-offices and centers to conduct spot checks, attend related meetings, and follow up on HR and Administration matters and address concerns. Actively promote PSEA (Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) standards & principles within NRC and amongst beneficiaries served by NRC.Specifically, you will;
