5 Steps to get a job in the United Nations

FHI 360 has an exciting internship opportunity for a student interested in growing their skills within the international development sector. Under close supervision, an Intern will perform entry level professional duties which will provide the opportunity for professional training in various functional areas throughout the organization. Internship assignments serve to offer practical experience and broad exposure to a global nonprofit development organization.

A cross-departmental team of researchers and program implementers with expertise in HIV is seeking a student to support the development of a Strategic HIV Research Agenda. An internal scoping review of existing resources specifically related to FHI 360โ€™s capabilities in HIV is needed to inform the Research Agenda. The intern would network and collaborate with a broad range of staff across the organization to complete the scoping exercise. The intern would also support the development of an HIV Research Toolkit that would contain a range of research tools to support various types of and approaches to research and evidence generation. The intern would gain a breadth of knowledge about research methodologies, as well as tools and processes to support research within a large, global non-profit organization.
