We are looking for an internal national ย ICLA Digital Transformation Technical Officer (TO) who will contribute to the design, testing and roll out of digital solutions, in particular ICLA Kobli platform. The Technical Officer will be responsible for the day-to-day implementation of ICLA digital activities at national level and will contribute to the further development and implementation of Kobli components and digital pilots.ย ย
Background
The ICLA - Information, Counselling and Legal Assistance programme delivers legal aid in Ukraine to internally displaced and conflict-affected persons on legal identity, IDP registration, housing, land and property (HLP), employment law and procedures and access to essential services. Capacity building initiatives with key stakeholders are also implemented to strengthen the institutional response on legal protection.
NRC ICLA has embarked on a digital transformation journey where information and communication technology play an increasingly important role in the provision of legal services to project participants. ย In June 2023, NRC ICLA launched Kobli in Ukraine, a digital platform that includes a content management component, for the delivery of updated and timely information on legal protection issues, a user portal and a legal case management system.
What you will do:
Support ICLA Kobli Ukraine platform development, testing and roll outย Contribute to the maintenance and update of the content management componentAdapt developed materials to the digital platform purpose, using available formats (static content, FAQs, guided path, decision trees)Support the development and roll out of the user portal and legal case management systemSupport the set up and roll out of the pilot on ICLA digital kiosksContribute to user testing and reporting of bugs and errors to the vendorSupervise social media advertisement for ICLA Kobli platformSupport alignment with information security and data protection standardsย Oversee publication of ICLA articles on NRC Facebook pageMonitor ICLA email and ensure referrals of service requests to ICLA teams in Area OfficesUpdate the schedule of ICLA focal points for helpline referrals on a monthly basisDevelop interactive data visualization in Power BiAttend Kobli community of practice meetings with participation of Digital teams of NRC COs piloting digital initiativesEngage with NRC staff at national and field level to ensure participation and continuous feedback on digital initiativesProvide regular progress reportsSuggest appropriate adjustments, if necessary, to meet ICLA objectivesย ย Perform any other task as requested by ICLA Digital Transformation Coordinatorย Act as a focal point to address and channel users enquiries received through the platform ย Oversee Kobli platform Google analytics and prepare monthly reportsContribute to training opportunities for ICLA staff and project participants in use of the digital tools.Assist with administrative, logistics and finance related tasksยFor more details we encorourage you to check the detailed Job Descriptionย
What you will bring:
