The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is seeking a highly qualified, resilient and dynamic Supply Chain Management Systems Adoption & Helpdesk Adviser Norway.ย ย The SCM Systems Adoption & Helpdesk Adviser will be responsible for the following:ย ย
To develop and implement communication and change management strategies for NRCโs Warehouse Management system (WMS) and other future supply chain systems in the context of the modernization project.ย Resolving service tickets in accordance with the agreed upon Service Level Agreement.ย ย Finally, this position will also support the modernization project with the implementation of new modules and their transition into business as usual (BAU).ยWhat you will doย
Responsible for the design, setup and maintenance of the overall WMS capacity building and communication strategy/plan and its successful delivery.ย ย Responsible for planning, designing and the delivery of relevant training material to the identified stakeholders.ย Support in the testing and delivery of new modules and features and ensure a smooth transition towards business as usual (BAU)ย Ensuring that the end user perspective is captured and relayed to the Project Manager.ย Responsible for the timely resolution of service requests as agreed upon in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).ยย Please download the detailed job description to learn more about the position.ย ย
What you will bringย
Minimum 3 years of experience from working with Change Managementย Experience in digital systems and approaches, preferably with SaaS/cloudbased solutionsย Experience in digital systems and approachesย Documented results related to the positionโs responsibilitiesย Experience from working in complex and volatile contextsยWhat we offerย
