The Hub provides a safe space for young people, supporting peer connections, positive choices, and life skills development. The Kununurra Youth Night Patrol focuses on vulnerable and at-risk young people and is a program dedicated to the safe transport of young people to their homes, or a safe place at night. You will have experience working with vulnerable and at-risk youth and children, including those from Aboriginal and Torres Islander backgrounds. You are collaborative in your approach, and youโ€™ll easily be able to build relationships with community stakeholders. As part of our Kununurra Night Patrol and Youth Service team, youโ€™ll report to our Team Leader.

You will make an impact by:

Supporting and developing a dedicated and driven team of Youth Workers Supporting the design, implementation and monitoring of our programs Building relationships with the local community and confidence in our programs by encouraging active engagement with the services we are proud to deliver Providing practical support, mentoring and advocacy for young people and their families Review cases and/or program activities and provide reports which include status updates and recommendations for improvements
