FHI 360 has an exciting internship opportunity for a masterโ€™s student interested in growing their skills within the international development sector. Under close supervision, an Intern will perform entry level professional duties which will provide the opportunity for professional training in various functional areas throughout the organization. Internship assignments offer practical experience and broad exposure to a global nonprofit development organization. Depending on the applicantโ€™s academic institution, this position will be either paid or the student will be given course credit. This internship will have a flexible schedule based on project needs.

The Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health (RMNCH) Division at FHI 360 is housed within the Community and Health Systems Department, which operates under the Global Health and Population Unit. The RMNCH Division engages in a range of activities to improve the health of women, families, and adolescents worldwide. The intern will contribute to a multi-county implementation science research project called the Research on Scale-up of Hormonal IUD in New and Emerging Markets (SHINE).

Anticipated Duration: 2024 Spring Semester: January โ€“ May 2024

Hours: An average of 10-12 hours per week

Pay Rate: $23.00-$25.00/hour

Location: Hybrid (Durham, NC)
