Terms of ReferencePurpose and Scope of Assignment

a. Assist PSP officer/PSP Associate in managing relationship with external partners for face to face
acquisition programme.
b. Assist PSP Associate in consolidating data and report from external parties.
c. Assist PSP Associate to monitor and ensure KPI of Face to face programme and target are met
according to the annual planning.
d. Assist PSP Associate in organizing and conducting quarterly F2F training sessions.
e. To support PSP Associate in assessment of market/ operation for potential growth inclusively for
inhouse
f. Assist PSP associate for the daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly report on the KPI of PSP unit including
income and cost budget monitoring.
g. Any other responsibilities as delegated by the supervisor(s);

Monitoring and Progress Controls
• Supervision by PSP Officer, with functional and guidance supervisor by PSP Associate
• Weekly work report to supervisor
• Mid-year and year-end evaluations

Qualifications and Experience
a. Education
• Completion of Secondary Education, or University level education in communication, marketing
or other related fields

b. Work Experience
• Minimum 1 year for High School Diploma and zero year for BA or higher in sales/direct
marketing

c. Key Competencies
• Ability to manage a complex and diverse workload and to work to tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Excellent experience of computerized accounts packages, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Well-articulated, good communicator at ease with persons of different cultural/educational
backgrounds.
• Knowledge of refugee issues and of UNHCR or another human rights-oriented agency an asset.
• Knowledge of other UN languages eg. Mandarin an asset, as well as Cantonese
• Excellent knowledge of English and Bahasa Malaysia in written, oral, comprehension
• Telemarketing experience would be a strong asset.
• Good analytical skills, familiar with Excel, able to interpret and act on performance reports.
• Mature, polite and a team player is essential.
