Fournir un soutien aux activitรฉs politiques et programmatiques qui rรฉpondent efficacement aux besoins dโaide alimentaire.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITรS (non exhaustives, dans le cadre des pouvoirs dรฉlรฉguรฉs) :
Contribuer au dรฉveloppement dโun nombre limitรฉ de projets, de plans et de processus, en assurant lโalignement avec les politiques et orientations plus larges du programme.
Fournir un soutien ร la gestion de projet pour des programmes et des projets spรฉcifiques et dรฉfinis de petite ร moyenne taille qui sont de nature relativement simple, en garantissant une approche coordonnรฉe avec des programmes plus larges qui sont conformes aux normes et procรฉdures du PAM.
Suivre les systรจmes de collecte et de surveillance des donnรฉes en garantissant que des normes de qualitรฉ rigoureuses sont maintenues.
Rechercher et analyser les questions politiques et opรฉrationnelles pour soutenir les collรจgues seniors dans lโรฉlaboration de politiques, de programmes et dโactivitรฉs.
Contribuer ร la prรฉparation de rapports prรฉcis et opportuns sur les programmes et les activitรฉs qui permettent une prise de dรฉcision รฉclairรฉe et la cohรฉrence des informations prรฉsentรฉes aux parties prenantes.
Assurer la liaison avec les homologues internes pour assurer une collaboration efficace, suivre les projets en cours.
Soutenir lโidentification, le dรฉveloppement et la gestion de partenariats potentiels pour un travail collaboratif menant ร de meilleurs programmes dโaide alimentaire.
Soutenir le renforcement des capacitรฉs du personnel du PAM, des partenaires et du gouvernement national pour se prรฉparer et rรฉpondre aux besoins d'assistance alimentaire, par ex. par le biais dโun soutien ร la gestion de projet dโinitiatives dโapprentissage.
Fournir des conseils au personnel de soutien, en agissant comme point de rรฉfรฉrence et en les aidant dans leurs analyses et leurs requรชtes.

EXPรRIENCES SOUHAITรES POUR L'ENTRรE DANS LE RรLE:
โข Avoir au minimum un (1) an d'expรฉrience post-universitaire dans le domaine du suivi/รฉvaluation ; 5 ans d'expรฉrience professionnelle post-universitaire dans le domaine du suivi/รฉvaluation seraient un atout.
โข Avoir au minimum 6 ans dโexpรฉrience professionnelle dans le domaine du suivi/รฉvaluation.
โข A acquis de l'expรฉrience dans la mise en ลuvre de programmes techniques (c'est-ร -dire nutrition, etc.).
โข A mis en ลuvre des programmes et a contribuรฉ ร la conception des opรฉrations.
โข A contribuรฉ aux discussions et dรฉcisions politiques.
QUALIFICATIONS ACADรMIQUES MINIMALES STANDARD :
Formation : Avoir au minimum une Licence en affaires internationales, รฉconomie, Nutrition/Santรฉ, Agriculture, Sciences de l'environnement, Sciences sociales ou autres domaine pertinent ร l'aide au dรฉveloppement international, ou premier diplรดme universitaire avec des annรฉes supplรฉmentaires d'expรฉrience professionnelle connexe et/ou de formations/cours
