  1. Adhere to NRC policies, handbooks, guidelines, and donor requirements.
  2. Assist with the implementation of the warehouse functionโ€™s portfolio according to Plan of Action
  3. Provide warehouse administration (Goods receipt, Goods despatch, stock take etc)ย 
  4. Prepare and develop status reports as required by management.ย 
  5. Ensure proper filing of all support documents.
  6. Assist in the planning and distribution of goods as per programme needs.
  7. Maintain warehouse records.
  8. Promote and share ideas for improvement of the warehouse function.
  9. Perform other duties, as assigned by Line Manager
  10. Work as an active team member to complete team goals
    • Sort, clean, organize and store inventory in the proper location.
    • Process inventory for delivery
    • Package items and label correctly, Update stock cards and documentation for inventory processing
    • Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors.
    • Remove inventory from trucks and deliver to proper location in warehouse, verifying the quantities delivered match the requested, filling and archiving of all relevant document related to the reception of the goods.
    • Work as an active team member to complete team goals
    • Prepare documentation for inventory for audits.
    • Assist with asset management.
    • Assist with reports.
    • Maintain FEFO, FIFO and LIFO methods based on the type of inventory
      • Secondary technical level in Management, Logistics, Accounting and other related areas
      • Problem solving and solution oriented;
      • Adaptable and coping with change;
      • Managing stock;
      • Experience working with stock management;
      • Experience with inventory and asset management;
      • Experience with computers โ€“ Microsoft Word and Excel plus email;
      • Previous experience from working in complex and volatile contexts;
      • Documented results related to the positionโ€™s responsibilities;
      • Good knowledge of Portuguese and basic communication in English;
      • Knowledge of local languages such as Ximakonde, Emacua and Muani.
