Our vision at atingi is a world in which digital learning is inclusive, accessible, relevant, safe and secure for all. In developing and emerging countries, access to lifelong learning opportunities is scarce and remains a challenge, especially for disadvantaged groups with diverse educational backgrounds. To address this gap, GIZ is implementing the atingi platform, a Moodle based, open-source Learning Management System. The project is funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development, BMZ.
For our partner and learner facing team in Bonn, Germany, we are looking for a curious, creative service-oriented intern. We offer first-hand experience in Digital Transformation - a highly relevant field in international cooperation and development โ, an agile work environment in a young and motivated team and the possibility to learn and network in our organisation.
Your tasks
In this role, you will be part of atingiโs Customer Team. This team is responsible for ensuring that learners, educators and GIZ projects get maximum benefit from using our platform. During your internship, you will
Your profile
We welcome motivated and committed applicants from the fifth semester on, who can demonstrate a strong affinity to and experience in customer relationship management, customer success or sales in the software sector You have first experience in the fields of user experience or user research You have first experience with and great interest in digital learning and the potential that new technologies can have on the digitalization of the education sector Knowledge or experience in international cooperation / international relations, education or social sciences are of advantage, as is experience in GIZ partner countries You like to work actively and cooperatively in a team in agile processes like Kanban You have a high-level fluency in English and additionally in Spanish or FrenchNotes
Please be informed that you are only allowed to apply for this internship, if you are currently enrolled as a student or graduated not longer than six months ago from the start of your internship.
We pay a monthly stipend of โฌ2.064,- (gross).
