The \"Initiative for Sustainable Agricultural Supply Chains\" (INA) is anchored in the \"Rural Development and Agriculture\" department. The initiative promotes the improvement of social conditions and environmental impacts in global supply chains, focussing on selected agricultural products (e.g. cotton, cocoa, coffee, palm oil, natural rubber, etc.) and topics (e.g. forest protection, corporate due diligence, living wages and income). To this end, INA provides technical and strategic advice to the client at the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). In addition, dialogue processes with stakeholders in the relevant sector are coordinated and consolidated through continuous knowledge management. Finally, INA advises and supports the development and monitoring of projects in the above-mentioned context and cooperates within the framework of a multi-level approach with a multi-level approach with the private sector, civil society and international organisations.

Ihr Profil
You are studying from the 3rd semester onwards in a degree programme with a recognisable connection to our field of activity and show a keen interest in development cooperation, sustainability in agricultural supply chains and the associated international processes Ideally, you have gained initial experience in this field as part of your studies or through internships at domestic or international level and would now like to apply this in the context of international cooperation Initial experience in project management, monitoring and evaluation, or in the organization of workshops are an advantage You are very well organised, communicative, work carefully and creatively at the same time and are able to familiarise yourself quickly with new issues. At the same time, you are proactive and take tasks forward independently You are business fluent in English and French and have a very good command of German. Further language skills are an asset You have a very good knowledge of MS Office applications. Additionally, knowledge of digital media and communication tools is an advantageHinweise

We pay a monthly stipend of โฌ2.134,52 (gross).
