Description of the Assignment: IC \" National Environmental Expert for the โDevelopment of the SEA (Strategic Environmental Assessment) reports for the 3 Flood Risk Management Plan (FRMP) on the Areas of Potential Significant Flood Risks (APSFRs) in Albania respectively areas 1a-1b-1c, areas 2 and 3 and areas 4 and 7โ
Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
