The UNDP Country Office in Brazil partners with public and private institutions and civil society to foster a more sustainable and inclusive society by enhancing governance, reducing poverty and inequality, and addressing climate change and biodiversity. Its program portfolio consists of three interrelated work streams: • Inclusive Socio-economic Development: Focused on poverty reduction, social policies, public-private partnerships, and inclusive markets. • Environmentally Sustainable Development: Emphasizing nature-based solutions, climate change, energy efficiency, and sustainable production. • Governance and Justice for Development: Concentrating on violence prevention, justice, transparency, anti-corruption, human rights, and local capacity development.

ContextThe selected volunteer will carefully translate the 22-page document from English to Portuguese. An initial online meeting will be held to discuss the activity, followed by status updates throughout the week scheduled for the translation work.
