Purpose of the Job:
The HR and Admin Intern is intended to work closely with HR and Admin team – Kunduz and acquire the necessary practical experience. This internship is considered to learn but not limited to; filling, event arrangements, Human Resource policy implementation, Administrative management and reporting.

Specific responsibilities:Assist HR and Admin Assistant/Officer in filling, scanning and storing Personal and recruitments documents. Ensuring confidentiality of all personnel records at all time. Assist HR and Admin Assistant/Officer to track and obtain signature on monthly attendance and Timesheets. Assist HR and Admin Assistant/Officer to maintain an update leave tracking database and HRIMS. Assist HR and Admin Assistant/Officer in arrangement of interviews, written tests and meetings. Assists HR and Admin Assistant/Officer in briefing and debriefing procedure of staff. Performs other duties when required and given by the line manager

Context/ Specific skills, knowledge and experience:Bachelor Degree from Business Administration, diploma or certification from other relevant field is required – Only Fresh Graduates No work experience is required Good computer skills - Ms Office & database. Good communication skills
