Background:

FHI 360 is seeking qualified candidates for a DCOPโ€”Programs position for the USAID-funded Feed the Future (FTF) Ethiopia Community Nutrition Activity (ECNA). This activity will build upon a long tradition of USAID nutrition funding in Ethiopia and will focus on enhancing multisector coordination and accountability; and improving nutrition practices and health-seeking behaviors and delivery of quality nutrition services within USAIDโ€™s FTF zone of influence. This will be a full-time position based in Addis Ababa for a duration of five years.

Job Summary:

The incumbent will oversee program delivery through four to five regional managers and both local and international implementing partners. The DCOP-Programs will report to the Chief of Party and supervise a team of regional managers based within ECNA sub-offices. The DCOP-Programs will provide strategic direction and operational oversight for the development and implementation of regional work plans and budgets in close collaboration with the DCOP-Technical. The incumbent will coordinate donor reporting and facilitate cross-sharing and documentation of key achievements, best practices, lessons-learned and effective adaptations across regions and clusters in the FTF zone of influence.
