Description:
Manages and coordinates a team of Integration Developers staff and responsible for the architecture, design, and development and day-to-day maintenance and enhancements of the integrations in test and production operations, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting integration issues, AI related POCs and implementation throughout the enterprise. Responsibilities also include root cause analysis, management, communication, and client relationship management in partnership with other ISS team members. Ensures all production changes are made in accordance with best practices, appropriate testing, and risk guidelines. Acts as an internal expert in terms of the assigned integration components and is responsible for knowing what changes have been made to the base solutions. Plays a critical role with their team in delivering high-quality services and solutions. Serves as mediator to internal issues and conflicting priorities for members of cross functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing solutions to clients. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient deployment of resources to complete project and department deliverables.
Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
Oversees and directs staff to ensure a functioning and optimal data and application integration solutions.
Ensures organizational compliance with Enterprise Architecture principals and standards.
Provides expertise, guidance, and implementation policies to the enterprise within a particular programming framework.
Effectively communicates relevant project information to organization management.
Assists in the evaluation, development and implementation of company systems, including custom developed, off-the-shelf, and/or hosted solutions whether it's related to integration solutions or not.
Organizes and participates in development and design reviews.
Architects and develops alongside their team new system components and interfaces.
Architects AI solutions using Copilot and other AI tools.
Helps recruit, hire, develop and oversee staff or vendors who provide information technical support to ensure a functioning and optimal end user computing experience organizational wide.
Works closely and collaborates with functional area managers and partners to ensure a well-coordinated delivery of IT services to internal and external stake holders.
Responsible for escalation management as needed to other ISS teams or ISS management.
Supports the development, implementation and monitoring of the ISS department strategies.
Provides leadership and management oversight, including agreeing priorities and monitoring
accomplishments and challenges within their assigned ISS team.
Ensures the consistent and reliable use of all code management and library systems assuring available, reproducible and reusable solutions.
Coordinates with company employees and consultants, on-site and in the field.
Ensures system documentation is up to date, including data related to incidents and enhancements.
Defines and mentor staff in standards, best practices and maintenance of integration components.
Manages flow of change request activities including assignment of programmer and documentation to be updated.
Works with development team(s) to update project plans and track projects.
