Key Accountabilities
- Register clients both on-site and online, check medical reimbursement scheme for clients and refer clients to related departments
- Record Laboratory requests and work closely with nurses to submit laboratory requests to related laboratories
- Submit Laboratory test results through emails
- Contact clients to make appointment, reschedule and confirm appintments
- Provide information on anonymous clinic services through various channels
- Distribute laboratory results to relevant research centers
- Provide service and support to clients during the registration process
- Coordinate with hospital and laboratories
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelorโs degree in social science
- At least one year experience in related field
- Good communication skills, detail-oriented, service-minded
- Demonstrate knowledge of medical record management and process, HIV, STIs
- Computer skills MS excel, MS Word, PowerPoint
- Fluent in read, write, speak Thai
