FHI 360 staff working in the United States are required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, regardless of the type of project or client they serve, or of their employment status (full/part-time, remote, telework, or in-office), unless an accommodation applies. We seek qualified candidates for the position of Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist in the Research and Evaluation Department for FHI 360โ€™s Global Education, Employment and Engagement (G3E) Business Unit, supporting programs in global education, economic participation, civil society and peacebuilding.


The Research & Evaluation (R&E) department of FHI 360โ€™s Global Education, Employment and Engagement (G3E) business unit provides technical leadership and technical support in the design and implementation of monitoring, evaluation, and research activities. The R&E department develops and maintains standards of quality and rigor for all aspects of research, monitoring, and evaluation. Further, the R&E department works with G3E technical teams to develop and implement a robust research agenda that contributes to the global knowledge base on development solutions and advances FHI 360โ€™s intellectual leadership.

Position Description/Job Responsibilities

The Monitoring and Evaluation Technical Officer I will work within the R&E Department to support monitoring, evaluation, research activities across multiple sectors including global education, economic participation, civil society and peacebuilding.
