Project Context and Scope Category B Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission and theย IOM Ukraine Senior Programme Officer (MHPSS); and under the direct supervision of the Operations Officer (MHPSS),ย the Consultant is expected to design, develop, and implement an MHPSS impact assessment and study to assess and strengthen understanding of the effect of integrated MHPSS services into livelihood programming, and the relevance of this integration in the Ukrainian context.ย ย IOM operates a community-based Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) Programme across Ukraine, responding to a multitude of diverse MHPSS needs.ย Recognizing the challenging psychological experiences of war veterans and their family members,ย and given theย psychological impact caused by the war, IOM offers MHPSS support to veterans and their family membersย and integrates MHPSS services into livelihood and employment programmes to offer beneficiaries with tailored MHPSS support.ย ย Organizational Department / Unit to which the Consultant is contributing

At least 3 examples of previous impact-related assessment and works to be listed. Previous experience working with the UN system is an asset.
