Hence, through the partnership with relevant Ministries it will support the national governments in CLM in their endeavour to extend TVET for various target groups including disadvantaged populations and in line with the ASEAN Declaration on Out-of-School Children and Youth (OOSCY). This will be implemented in selected sectors (such as: manufacturing including garments and furniture production, agriculture including agro-processing, construction or tourism) for specific occupational profiles and coordinated on a regional level (CLM). ASTI will also support industry representatives (Chambers/Federation/Associations) and implementing companies in setting up and conducting WBL.
